Refund policy

Damages and issues

The Customer must inspect the Goods upon Delivery and notify The Concrete Jungle in writing within 24 hours of any evident defect, damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description or quote.

If the Customer fails to notify The Concrete Jungle in writing of any issue within 24 hours of Delivery, the Customer is deemed to have accepted that the Goods are not faulty and conform to the Customer’s order.

The Concrete Jungle does not offer an ongoing warranty once the pots (Goods) are installed. This is due to the nature of the pots (Goods) and their exposure to elements, plants, soil, and water.

"Fit for purpose" means that the pots (Goods) are suitable for their intended use, such as holding soil for a plant. A pot (Goods) is still considered fit for purpose if it shows natural deterioration or discolouration due to its use as a garden pot.

Concrete Jungle AU does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds due to a change of mind by the Customer.

Full refunds, including shipping costs, will be available in the case of a major fault or defect as per Australian Consumer Law.

If a valid warranty claim is made, The Concrete Jungle is not liable for any costs associated with or incurred by the customer as a result of removing and reinstalling faulty pots. For example, costs incurred by the Customer to remove soil, discard the old pot, reinstall a new pot, and reinstall soil and plants are not covered.

Any modifications or changes made to the pots (Goods) will automatically void all warranties. Examples of modifications include, but are not limited to, filling or blocking drainage holes, drilling additional holes, painting, cutting, adding a layer of concrete to the pot (Goods), or using geo-fabric.

Pots (Goods) are not designed to be directly connected to a drainage system, such as a PVC pipe. The pots (Goods) should be elevated on pot feet or plastic packers to encourage proper drainage. Pots (Goods) that are directly connected to a drainage system or PVC pipe are automatically void of all warranties.

Should the Customer cancel an order or request a refund, the Customer will incur the payment processing charges of 3%.

The Concrete Jungle is entitled to charge a 30% restocking fee, and return delivery fees will be charged to the Customer for any returns. You can always contact us for any refund questions at info@theconcretejungle.au
